One of the key objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 is to improve the quality of healthcare services. Achieving this often focuses on high-profile resources like hospitals, doctors, and big MRI and PET scan devices. But equally critical is equipment like patient monitors, infant warmers and ventilators.

A new agreement from GE Healthcare establishes Al-Jeel Medical & Trading Company as an authorized distributor in Saudi Arabia for GE’s Life Care Solutions portfolio of products.

Other products covered under the agreement include equipment such as ventilators, baby incubators and anesthesia delivery system.

As part of the agreement, GE Healthcare will maintain a direct Life Care Solutions task force to support Al-Jeel’s commercial activities in the Kingdom, and will continue to manage installations, technical services and post-sales technical support. The agreement will expand the availability of GE Healthcare’s life care solutions portfolio to patients and physicians across the Kingdom through Al-Jeel’s network.

Working together, GE Healthcare and Al-Jeel will support the ongoing realization of the healthcare goals of the National Transformation Program.

“Such partnerships complement and strengthen the realization of the healthcare goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in providing quality and accessible medical care for all Saudi nationals and expatriates,” said Hisham Al Bahkali, President & CEO of GE Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.
